1. SHIPPING POLICY

 

 

1.1. Order Processing

 

All RoCo Cutting Boards are handcrafted to order.

 

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days for in-stock boards; up to 10–14 business days for custom or made-to-order pieces.

  • Processing time may be extended during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your board ships.

 

 

1.2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

 

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally.

 

  • Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.

  • International shipments vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

  • We partner with major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

 

 

1.3. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

 

For international customers:

 

  • Any customs fees, taxes, VAT, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • RoCo Cutting Boards, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

 

1.4. Package Loss, Delays, or Damage in Transit

 

Once a package leaves our facility, transit times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

 

  • If a package is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first.

  • We will assist in filing claims when possible.

  • If your board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

2.1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Because our cutting boards are handcrafted and made from natural materials, we accept returns on a limited basis.

You may return an item if:

 

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

  • It is returned in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

 

2.2. Items Not Eligible for Return

 

Returns are not accepted for:

 

  • Custom-engraved, personalized, or custom-dimensioned cutting boards

  • Boards that show signs of use, wear, or modification

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

 

 

2.3. Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • A traceable shipping method is required. RoCo Cutting Boards is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Once the returned board is inspected and approved, eligible refunds will be processed (see Refund Policy below).

 

 

2.4. Exchanges

 

We offer exchanges for unused boards only.

 

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • If the replacement product is of greater value, the cost difference must be paid before shipment.
