All RoCo Cutting Boards are handcrafted to order.
Standard processing time: 3–7 business days for in-stock boards; up to 10–14 business days for custom or made-to-order pieces.
Processing time may be extended during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your board ships.
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally.
Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
International shipments vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.
We partner with major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
For international customers:
Any customs fees, taxes, VAT, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
RoCo Cutting Boards, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Once a package leaves our facility, transit times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first.
We will assist in filing claims when possible.
If your board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.
Because our cutting boards are handcrafted and made from natural materials, we accept returns on a limited basis.
You may return an item if:
It is unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
It is returned in its original packaging.
You contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom-engraved, personalized, or custom-dimensioned cutting boards
Boards that show signs of use, wear, or modification
Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
Gift cards
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
A traceable shipping method is required. RoCo Cutting Boards is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once the returned board is inspected and approved, eligible refunds will be processed (see Refund Policy below).
We offer exchanges for unused boards only.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
If the replacement product is of greater value, the cost difference must be paid before shipment.
